An Advanced Leadership Skills Simulation

In a world of rapidly-changing customer needs and expectations, we’re faced with an endless sea of challenges. The journey from challenge to business impact requires leaders to develop great solutions and to quickly engage the organization (our people, processes and structures) to adopt these solutions. Leaders who can scale change quickly build enduring competitive advantages. 

Backed by twenty years of research, the simulation experience guides participants through the creation of a change implementation plan. After conducting a stakeholder analysis,  participants explore a wide range of tactics across the organizational framework to form a change plan that will result in the level of buy-in needed to anchor the change. Participants learn the importance of timing and sequencing of change tactics.  

This interactive learning experience utilizes the ExperienceChange™ GlobalTech simulation. GlobalTech is a leader in the design and development of mobile sensing technologies for the military market. With the military market stagnating, leadership has recognized, but failed to capitalize on, exciting new growth opportunities in the commercial market. As teams design and implement their change plan, the simulation provides real-time feedback on the level of buy-in gained or lossed with each tactic. The simulation provides teams the opportunity to go beyond change theory and practice designing and leading change in an organization.
